Job Summary

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience across TTRacing’s retail stores. This role ensures retail teams deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and operate efficiently while maintaining strong brand standards and operational discipline.

You will manage store teams, optimize retail processes, and work closely with HQ functions (operations, marketing, warehouse, and customer service) to drive retail growth and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth store execution and service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and manage store managers and retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor store performance, sales reports, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation across all stores.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Execute retail promotions, campaigns, and product launches in alignment with HQ marketing plans.
• Implement and enforce SOPs, retail policies, and compliance standards.
• Conduct store audits, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Provide regular operational and sales reports to management with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience managing sales targets, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in lifestyle, furniture, electronics, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts as required.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 5,500 per month
