Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Gamuda Cove. The Sales Specialist will be responsible to promoting GL Play products such as SplashMania Waterpark, Discovery Park, Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands and FunPark to developing sales strategies, action plan to achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting park tours, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating group sales events and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Management, and Negotiation in Leisure & Hospitality Industry
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Customer Service Orientation and Attention to Detail to handle group events
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Overseas and outstation roadshow are required when and as
• Mandarin speaking is a plus
