Averis Hiring! Full Time Payroll Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our HR Shared Services team at Averis. If you enjoy working with HR data, Excel, and HR systems, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You will support end-to-end HR operations and payroll processes, including:-

• Personnel Data Administration (PDA) – Process employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations in Workday/SAP
• Time & Attendance (T&A) – Manage leave and overtime records while ensuring data accuracy
• Compensation & Benefits (C&B) – Maintain salary, allowances, and deductions data
• Payroll Administration – Support payroll processing and reconcile data across HR functions

What We’re Looking For:-

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or similar roles
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with large datasets (eg: data validation, tracking, and reconciliation)
• Experience with Workday and/or SAP is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and processes
