Job Title: Project Admin

Salary Range: S$1800 – S2800

Report to: Project & QA/QC Manager

Min Qualifications / Experience :

1) N Level or relevant experience

Job Skills Required:

1) Knowledge in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and

related spreadsheet software.

2) Must be able to work well with others in a team setting.

3) Ability to work independently.

4) Must be able to effectively handle many concurrent projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

a. Assist Project Manager & QA/QC Manager on daily operation

b. Support HOD to establish, implement and maintain the QC system for products that need to comply with ASME codes.

c. Prepare, control and maintain the QC Manual in accordance with ASME code.

d. Assist in sourcing for materials as requested by project team

e. prepare report

f. Filing

g. Co-ordinate with various department for the job done

h. Clerical duties

i. Any adhoc work assigned by HOD
