• Position : Accounts Executive (Construction)
• Location : Ubi
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Insurance
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate monthly closing.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain proper accounting records.
• Process payments, supplier invoices, and staff claims in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Check and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and payment records.
• Prepare GST submissions, IRAS filings, and other statutory reports.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors and corporate secretaries.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Monitor cash flow and support cash flow planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Must have accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and accounting software.
