About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Process Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for executing chemical compounding processes, ensuring smooth mixing operations, and supporting the BFS machine during manpower shortages. The ideal candidate will understand mixing flows, piping systems, and work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency and cleanliness in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute chemical mixing processes and ensure proper flow to BFS machines.

• Countercheck raw materials required for mixing.

• Maintain tanks and surrounding areas in a clean state.

• Coordinate inline cleaning-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) activities.

• Complete documentation for RMR, bubble point tests, and chemical weighing.

• Regenerate RO water systems as required.

• Monitor mixing plant breakdowns and daily routines, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Prepare valves and manage piping systems for water and chemical transfer.

• Collaborate with the Chemical Process Supervisor on mixing priorities, manpower allocation, and machinery documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical or related field.

• Experience in cleanroom operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4-day work week, including night shifts).
