A qualified candidate will be self-motivated with strong technical and analytical skills as well as possess practical and hands-on approach to engineering process control.
Preferably with process engineering experience in semiconductor processes (Wafer/chip bonding, Electroplating, Wet and dry etch, chemical mechanical polishing, photolithography and plasma deposition).
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues systematically.
- Lead technical assessment and startup of new tools.
- Implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for quality and cost optimization.
- Establish control plans and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP).
- Provide technical training and share best practices.
- Perform yield analysis and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and modeling tools to predict and prevent process deviations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics, Materials, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years semiconductor experience.
- Proficiency in tools like JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual Basic.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, SPC, RCA, DMAIC, DOE and problem-solving techniques.
