We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support the design, implementation, and commissioning of new systems, as well as the maintenance of existing environments. You will be involved in building a full ICT infrastructure stack and supporting application teams with integration.

⇒ Main Responsibilities

• Manage Azure Stack Hub virtualisation environment – VM configuration, deployment, and supporting services (NSG, Load Balancer, Virtual Images, Storage, etc.)
• Configure and administer Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows Domain, Failover Clustering, and RDS
• Implement GPO, OS hardening, patching, and upgrading
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2017/2019 – configuration, upgrading, hardening
• Deploy and maintain Linux-based virtual appliances and Ubuntu OS
• Configure and manage Commvault backup jobs
• Work with network and network security concepts (design & implementation)
• Manage SSL certificates and system security
• Perform preventive maintenance, be on standby 24/7 for site faults, and handle hands-on work in the data centre
• Propose and analyze system architecture/solutions for system requirements
• Maintain system documentation

⇒ Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years hands-on experience in systems engineering
• Knowledge and experience in DevOps operations
• Knowledge and experience with Ansible
