We are looking for an individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Estate and Land Use across a range of land management, facilities and records management functions. This role involves supporting day-to-day coordination and administrative activities to ensure the smooth management of land use matters, tenancy-related processes and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and maintain utilities-related data, verify, and compile waste tonnage records.
- Track bankers’ guarantees, insurance policies and annual declaration for leased-in and leased-out sites.
- Maintain proper electronic filing of land use consultations, proposals and project records.
- Perform agency administrator duties for a Whole-of-Government data collaboration platform.
- Provide administrative support for estate and land use-related operations and coordination activities.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in facilities or estates management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
