Senior IT Support / Application Engineer (.NET / MES / ERP)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Support / Application Engineer to join our IT team in supporting and enhancing internal business applications across manufacturing and enterprise operations.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and improve both web-based and Windows-based applications that support daily business processes, operational efficiency, and future business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal business applications
- Support existing systems and implement new solutions based on business requirements
- Analyze operational issues and propose technical improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues for end users
- Participate in application lifecycle activities following SDLC methodologies
- Work with databases including MS SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
- Provide user training and application support
- Prepare technical documentation aligned with SOX/process requirements
- Support internal IT operations and basic system administration tasks
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders on ongoing projects
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Web-based or Windows application development
- Application support / IT systems support
- Strong programming experience with:
- C#
- .NET Framework / ASP.NET / VB.NET
- Database experience with:
- MS SQL Server
- Stored Procedures
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Understanding of:
- SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Object-oriented programming concepts
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Experience with:

- Manufacturing IT systems
- Exposure to enterprise application environments
- Basic network/system administration knowledge
- Project coordination or stakeholder management experience
