Job Summary for SAP EC SuccessFactor Benefits

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Benefits module implementation and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits solutions and should be capable of managing end-to-end project activities, stakeholder communication, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits implementation and enhancement projects.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to employee benefits processes.

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits module based on business requirements.

• Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

• Manage benefit plans, enrollment processes, eligibility rules, workflows, and integrations.

• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with payroll and third-party benefit providers.

• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Benefits module.

• Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects preferred.

• Experience in Benefits configuration including:

o Benefit plans

o Eligibility rules

o Enrollment setup

o Benefit workflows

o Life event processing

• Experience with integrations between EC Benefits and Payroll systems.

• Good understanding of HR business processes and benefits administration.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification preferred.

• SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits certification will be an added advantage.

• Experience in global implementations/support projects preferred.

• Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integrations is a plus.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
