Role Description

• 5 years minimum experienced in Mechanical Design specially in Machine Automation, Checking Fixture (CF), Jigs, Gauge, Tools and Reverse Engineering design.
• Experience in mechanical systems and design of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Air-hydro, Pneuma-lock, Actuator, X-Y Robot, conveyor system and any related automation mechanism.
• Knowledgable experience in fabrication process including machining, grinding, surface treatment, heat treatment and related process
• Advanced hand-on skill in AutoCAD 2D, Solidworks, Inventor or any equivalent mechanical 2D 3D design software.
• Experience in project handling from RFQ until PDI, complete delivery, commissioning and handover to customer.
• Organize, manage, execute and monitor all related projects, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and conduct technically task in any mechanical and design project including Machine Automation, Checking Fixture (CF), Jigs, Gauge, Tools, Reverse Engineering project and any related scope of work.
• Involve in all designing activities from conceptual design until complete and details drawing for fabrication.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the Mechanical & design related project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. This may include preparing complex engineering standards, designs and work specifications, developing project schedules, selecting materials, equipment, and delegation of specific tasks to the team.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the team.
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate a team to meet project targets and milestones.
• Conduct for inquiry activities including RFQ, site visit, dealing with customer-supplier and every process until product delivery.
• Support for technical and documentation activities including costing preparation, project documentation and report, production activities, in-house assembly, on-site installation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct technical inspection thoroughly for every projects to ensure in good quality and follow standard procedure for delivery.
• Coordinate outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
• Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (for example Admin & Procurement, HR & Finance) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
• Scheduled reporting to the Managing Director for the project handling and team operation progress.
