Job Description

Responsibilities

CREATIVE LEADERSHIP: defines, directs, and upholds the copy and conceptual standards of Chariot’s work

Expectations:

  • Leads the creative development process across multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Provides clear direction and feedback to the working team.
  • Champions creative ideas that strengthen both brand and agency reputations. 
  • Ensures creative consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Presents and defends creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Leads the copywriting during shoots, scriptwriting, manifestos.
  • Reviews copy to meet standards across all channels (print, OOH, digital, and social).
  • Oversees junior creatives and external vendors (translators, VO talents, etc.).

Outcomes:

  • Produces campaigns that demonstrate originality, clarity, and craft.
  • Builds confidence among clients and internal team through strong creative leadership.
  • Elevates team craft through precision and direction.


STRATEGIC & CONCEPTUAL THINKING: bridges creative excellence with strategic intent

Expectations:

  • Partners with Account Management, Strategy, and Social teams to shape creative briefs.
  • Translates insights into inspiring creative directions.
  • Contributes to pitches, case studies, and award entries.
  • Balances creative ambition with commercial and client realities.

Outcomes:

  • Leads campaigns that consistently align creative innovation with strategic purpose.
  • Plays a key role in winning pitches.
  • Maintains long-term client trust.


MENTORSHIP & CULTURE BUILDING: guides the next generation of creatives and nurtures team growth

Expectations:

  • Leads multiple projects independently while maintaining quality.
  • Mentors junior creatives with clarity and care.
  • Shares knowledge on copywriting, presentation, and ideation.
  • Supports Creative Leads in building a positive, learning-based team culture.
  • Represents the Creative department in internal and external meetings proactively.

  • Contributes to an environment that values growth, creative excellence, and collaboration.
