Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects to ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project execution and maintain smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource planning, and risk management plans.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues or risks.
  • Facilitate project discussions, meetings, and status updates with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Support coordination and communication between clients and internal teams when technical clarification or project discussions are required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to coordinate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP or related project management certifications are an added advantage.


Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and system implementation projects.
  • Experience working with software engineering or technical teams.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and reporting tools.
  • Experience handling client-facing projects or support coordination.
