Role Description


The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution to ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role includes managing project teams, monitoring project progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as ensuring compliance with company requirements and project specifications. The Project Manager is also responsible for project documentation, reporting, resource planning, risk management, and ensuring smooth project operations from commencement until completion.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage projects in IT, M&E, and construction sectors from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, budget, timeline, and quality to achieve project objectives successfully.

• Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, reports, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company regulations throughout project execution.

• Handle project claims, contractual matters, and liaise with legal representatives or lawyers when required.

• Identify project risks and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage tender submissions, procurement activities, and vendor performance.

• Support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering quality project outcomes.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Law, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT, M&E, or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge in project management, contract administration, and project coordination.

• Experience in handling legal documentation, contractual matters, and liaison with lawyers is an added advantage.

• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management documentation.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel or work outstation when required.
