We are looking for a highly driven and independent Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager to support our agency growth and talent expansion initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people development, recruitment strategy, project execution, and building high-performing teams within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Source and identify potential candidates to join as Financial Planners or Agency Managers
• Build and manage recruitment pipelines through various sourcing channels
• Conduct initial engagement and follow-up with potential candidates
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

Recruitment Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment campaigns and projects effectively
• Work closely with management to implement recruitment strategies and initiatives
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure projects are executed according to timeline and objectives

Strategic Execution

• Analyze recruitment challenges and propose effective execution strategies
• Take initiative to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate conversion
• Independently drive projects with strong ownership and accountability

Requirements

• Diploma qualification and above
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong execution and organizational skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales support, or financial services will be an advantage
