Lead and supervise the in-process QC, production inspection activity and FAI submission team for achieving the NCR reduction objective.
Liaises with inter-departmental process owners on internal & external quality non-conformance for CAPA effectiveness.
Conduct process quality trend review, for continuous improvement of Production and process.
Generate CA report condensed by the engineering/QC team solving the core team.
Leads In-house/Vendor Process Evaluation Audits/Visits
Reviews and oversees continuous improvement plans, projects and technology roadmap updates.
Submission of initial product sample & documentation to the customer for approval.
Provide training to the inspection team to perform product lot testing and quality inspection activity towards productivity goals and product conformity.
Any ad-hoc duty as assigned by the quality manager
Job Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical, or Electronics) or Quality Management
1–3 years of experience in quality control, field service, or quality engineering
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of measurement equipment and inspection tools
Familiarity with quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA) is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
