Job Description

NRY Architects Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to support daily finance operations and manage month-end processes across a group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and supporting documentation
• Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, invoicing, month-end closing, and full set of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
