Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Takaful Advisor based in Perda, Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur with some flexibility for remote work. The Takaful Advisor is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients to understand their financial and protection needs. Duties include promoting Takaful solutions, building long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations, and educating customers about the benefits of Takaful products. A proactive approach towards meeting targets and delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Takaful products, financial planning, and risk management strategies.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
