What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with factory clients and purchasers
• Generate new business through networking, visits, and follow-ups
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Manage sales pipeline and improve conversion rates
• Conduct site visits to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in any field (Engineering background is a plus)
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience
• Fresh Grads are also welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Comfortable engaging with technicians, engineers, and buyers
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
