Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing flow.
• To diagnose mechanical failures and improve performance on high-speed blending, filling, and packing lines.
• To analyze machine breakdowns and identify root causes during production operations.
• Proposing improvement solutions to enhance machine reliability, process efficiency, and safety, while providing technical support and explanations for machine-related issues.
• Coordinating with the maintenance team to execute repairs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Supporting production supervisors and line leaders in resolving technical issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must have 3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Must have hands-on experience dealing directly with machine troubleshooting, maintenance coordination and reporting to management.
