We’re scaling our solutioning team across the region — this role anchors our presence in Malaysia.
You’ll own technical solutioning for client engagements end-to-end — from first discovery call through to handover to delivery — and partner closely with senior leadership on the larger and more complex deals. Over 24 months, you’ll grow into a Senior Solutions Consultant or Solutions Architect role.
• Lead technical discovery with enterprise clients — capture business goals, regulatory constraints, and operational realities, and translate them into solution proposals.
• Design AI solutions end-to-end: conversational flows, LLM and prompt architecture, RAG pipelines, agent behaviors, channel integrations, and connections to core enterprise systems (CRM, core banking, policy admin).
• Own POC delivery — scope success criteria with clients, build prototypes alongside engineering, and present results to decision-makers.
• Author the technical sections of RFP responses and proposals; bring them to a standard that wins against incumbents.
• Run technical demos and security review conversations independently for executive and architecture audiences at our clients.
• Partner with the commercial team across deal cycles — from qualification through commercial close — and lead clean handoffs to delivery.
• 2–5 years in solutions consulting, pre-sales, technical PM, AI engineering, management consulting, or a client-facing technical role at a SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology company.
• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, or related.
• You’ve shipped production AI work (or supported it closely) — LLM applications, RAG systems, agents, or conversational AI. Python, REST APIs, and prompt engineering are part of your everyday toolkit.
• You’ve navigated enterprise procurement, security reviews, and architecture discussions before — and aren’t intimidated by CIO-level conversations.
• Some exposure to financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry is a strong plus.
• You write clearly, present confidently, and synthesize fast across technical and business audiences.
• High agency. You can run multiple engagements in parallel without dropping balls.
• English fluent; Bahasa Malaysia required for working with our Malaysian client base. Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese a strong plus.
• You need a defined process and predictable weekly cadence.
• You want a quota-carrying sales role — this is technical solutioning, not hunting.
• You want to spend your days writing production code — this is client-facing work, not engineering.
You’ll work on the cutting edge of applied AI — production systems built with LLMs, RAG, agents, and conversational interfaces for some of the most demanding enterprises in Southeast Asia. The technical bar is high (these are regulated industries where AI has to actually work), the problems are real, and the feedback loop is fast. You’ll see every deal you touch from first call to commercial close, meet CIOs and banking architects in real conversations, and develop the craft of selling and shipping AI inside large regulated enterprises — a skill that’s rare, valuable, and not learnable in school.
