JOB PURPOSE:
Facilitate the administration of staff benefits and general administration services, in compliance to company’s policies, procedures and legislative requirements. This includes facilitation of the administration of vendor/3rd party management, ensure consistent and value-added performance towards effectiveness of services.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Facilitate the day-to-day processing of staff benefits related to medical benefits and, leaves management, insurance, club membership, credit card, housing loan interest subsidy, vehicle loan, etc. are in compliance to company’s policies, procedures and legislative requirements. This includes enrollment, changes, terminations, insurance claims and disability. Ensure accuracy, timely processing and in accordance to company’s policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Facilitate in the processing of invoices and administration fees. Collaborate with Finance Division in ensuring accuracy, timely processing and in accordance to company’s policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Manage the performance of vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivering consistent, value-added performance to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
- Perform routine audits, analyze costs, usage of programs by employees and their families and track actual expenses against approved budget to ensure optimize expenditures.
- Maintain knowledge of current laws and ensure compliance to company’s policies, procedures and legislative requirements
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in benefits administration or HR operations in a multinational environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
