Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the regional teams from Marketing, Artiste & Repertoire, Festivals, and Event Operations.
• Collaborate with various teams in the Singapore and regional offices and provide graphic design and video editing support.
• Plan concept of artwork within the company’s branding guidelines and develop creative assets for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
• Create designs based on each creative brief and ensure that the creatives produced are consistent and aligned with the company’s brand positioning.
• Create corporate presentation decks and communication materials for internal and external use.
• Take ownership over areas of your work, including scheduling and prioritizing projects to ensure timely delivery and accurate production of artwork.
  

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the graphic design industry
• Strong passion in the events industry with good attention to details
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colours and illustration styles
• Familiar with the various output formats suitable for the respective channels
• Flexible illustration skills - able to work comfortably with vector graphics and various illustration styles
• Experience in motion graphics such as GIFs and animation videos
• Good conceptualising and visualisation skills - able to communicate the intended message through design
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work independently as an individual, and as a team player in a team
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro
