We are currently looking for a passionate and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to be part of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations and service flow of the Front of House team.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, safety, and presentation standards of the dining area at all times.
• Support and drive the operational and business performance of the restaurant.
• Deliver professional guest engagement and exceptional customer service standards.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the service team through coaching and supervision.
• Implement operational procedures and service standards to ensure service excellence.
• Work closely with the Managers and kitchen team on guest preferences and seasonal menu offerings.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting procedures within the team.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to lead and supervise a service team during operational hours.
• Good problem-solving and guest handling abilities.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems preferred.
