Key Responsibilities

• Cargo Management: Efficiently perform the loading, unloading, and systematic arrangement of warehouse inventory and cargo.
• Delivery Operations: Execute timely collection and delivery of goods according to schedules provided by the Supervisor.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of all items during the collection and loading phases to ensure order accuracy.
• Safety & Reliability: Guarantee the safe handling and punctual delivery or collection of all goods.
• Documentation Verification: Verify all collected goods against customer gate-passes to ensure compliance and inventory integrity.
• Logistics Support: Assist with essential logistics tasks, including the professional packing and sorting of goods prior to dispatch.
• Fleet Maintenance: Responsible for vehicle cleanliness and routine upkeep, including refuelling and coordinating regular servicing appointments.
• Operational Flexibility: Perform additional ad hoc duties as requested by the supervisor or management team.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid LTA Class 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Operational Flexibility: Must be willing and able to perform overtime as required, including assignments on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication with our Production and Quality Control (QC) teams.
