Job Summary
You will perform skin treatments tailored to clients’ needs, manage appointments and client records, conduct consultations, respond to client inquiries, promote products and services, maintain stock, and ensure treatment rooms are clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Deliver facial and skin treatments based on clients’ specific needs to improve skin health and satisfaction
- Schedule client appointments efficiently to optimize daily workflow and client convenience
- Accurately enter client information into data systems to maintain up-to-date records
- Maintain organized and complete client files to support treatment continuity and compliance
- Conduct pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations to assess client conditions and provide care guidance
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries to address their needs and enhance their experience
- Recommend and promote retail products or additional services to support client skin care goals and business growth
- Perform stock taking to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms to provide a safe and welcoming environment
- Complete additional administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations
