Our client, an EPC is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead BD activities across SEA. This role will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and driving revenue growth across industries such as oil & gas, energy and pharmaceuticals.
- Develop and execute regional business development and sales strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Identify, pursue, and secure EPC project opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular client visits, networking activities, and industry engagement to strengthen market presence.
- Generate new leads through market intelligence, industry events, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
- Work closely with engineering, proposals, and project teams to develop competitive technical and commercial solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across the region.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management.
- Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions to ensure successful project acquisition.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings across SEA.
- Develop long-term account management strategies to maximise repeat business opportunities.
