Our client is a leading materials technology company . They are looking for an HR Executive to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East– easily accessible.

Duties

• Manage JSOX, CSR, and various internal/external audit activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls, labour regulations, and audit requirements

• Support audit documentation, identify control gaps, and track corrective actions and resolution of audit findings

• Maintain and update Group HR policies, organisational charts, structures, and HR documentation across multiple entities

• Coordinate annual HR cycles including performance appraisal, promotions, salary review, and employee declaration processes

• Oversee Learning & Development administration, including training coordination, study support programme, and maintenance of training records

• Support HR reporting and projects, including turnover reports, HR documentation standardisation, process flow improvements, and ad-hoc HR operations tasks

Requirements

• Min 3 years of HR operations or relevant HR experience

• Familiarity with JSOX, audit processes, and policy documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams/Google Workspace)
