The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations across all Glow Food vegan concepts, ensuring operational efficiency, food quality, hygiene compliance, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rice, bento side dishes, vegetables, and plant-based proteins.

• Ensure accurate portioning and plating for bento sets.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organized workstations.

• Practice FIFO and proper food storage standards.

Requirements

• Preferably with similar concept experience.

• WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Required).

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
