Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to understand, negotiate, and finalize project requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and propose suitable software solutions.
- Prepare software technical and commercial proposals.
- Review Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Software Design Documents (SDD).
Project Management & Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for software development projects.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and risk management.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Maintain proper project documentation and ensure information is securely managed.
Testing & Validation
- Work closely with engineering teams to define test strategies and validation plans.
- Review test documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project timelines.
Training & Support
- Conduct operation and application training for Field Service teams, Design Quality teams, and customers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience in project coordination, software development, or engineering environments will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with PLC, C#, and other programming languages.
- Understanding of software quality assurance and validation methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver results, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in automation, semiconductor,or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
