岗位职责

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll and Analysis Officer/Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Key responsibilities include monitoring employee attendance, leave, and movements; reviewing and verifying payroll reports; conducting payroll data analysis and monthly variance reporting; maintaining employee records and HR documentation; and supporting daily HR operations while handling employee inquiries.

Role Description

Payroll Functions

  • Check and monitor employees’ attendance, claims, leave in HR system
  • Ensure employees’ movement are processed on time (e.g., Confirmations, transfers, resignations, etc)
  • Review and verify payroll related reports submitted by regional HR
  • Ensure payroll completed timely and accurate
  • Provide appropriate payroll advise

Payroll Data Analysis

  • Analyse payroll summary report from Regional HR
  • Prepare and compare monthly reports – Employees’ salary data analysis, average cost per headcount and variance reports by regional

Employees’ Data Maintenances

  • Update and maintain employees’ records in HR system
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and transactions
  • Ensure documents and reports are filled in an orderly and timely manner
  • To assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties such as filling, documentations, letter preparation, updating and maintaining staff’s personal data.

Ad Hoc

  • Handling employee queries regarding HR related matters.
