Requirements

What we're looking for

     At least 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic/centre administration, or customer service coordination.

     Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).

     Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

     Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

     Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally.

     Leadership ability to guide and support front desk, admin, and support staff.

     Knowledge of stock/inventory management and basic administrative processes.

     Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with billing or scheduling systems is an advantage.

     Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

     Flexibility to travel between branches when required.

Responsibilities

About the role

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Team Leader to keep our centres running smoothly while ensuring patients receive excellent care. If you enjoy coordinating people, managing operations, and making sure everything falls into place – this role is for you! Candidates must be able to speak and read Mandarin.

What you'll be doing

     Ensure operational efficiency and productivity through effective management of staff, inventory, and space.

     Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory procurement management.

     Guarantee smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, overall customer experience and patient care.

     Resolve patient complaints professionally and diplomatically, providing excellent customer service when needed.

     Supporting practitioners, clinic assistants, and other department staff to ensure a collaborative and effective environment.

     Handle responsibilities such as hiring, scheduling, overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, billing system, implementing policy updates, ordering stock and equipment.

     Provide training for branch and assistant branch admin staff, along with clinical team members, to ensure systems are properly implemented.

     Participate in interdepartmental meetings, such as management and branch meetings.

     Coordinate closely with departments HOD ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

     Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the success of every branch.
