Requirements
- Min 1 year working experience in Customer Service field
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (read, write and speak)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Fully Working from Home position with fixed working timing
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce insurance products and explain benefits.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Provide responsive support and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collect customer feedback to identify service improvement areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
