Requirements

  

Experience

  • 5–10 years in retail, including at least 2–3 years in multi-store management roles 
  • Experience in structured environments (preferably fashion) 

Technical Skills

  • Strong KPI and data analysis mindset 
  • Solid understanding of retail dynamics and visual merchandising 
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and Excel 

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management skills 
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and manage distributed teams 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and productivity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an omnichannel retail environment 
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage 
  • Willing to travel frequently

The Retail Manager is responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the store network, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and customer experience targets. The role coordinates Store Managers and ensures the consistent execution of company strategies across the territory.

  

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Performance & KPI Management
  • Define and monitor sales targets for stores 
  • Analyze key KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, UPT, ATV, profitability) 
  • Identify corrective actions to improve performance 
  • Ensure achievement of budget targets 

2. Retail Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations 
  • Ensure compliance with company standards (visual merchandising, layout, procedures) 
  • Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and product availability 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes 

3. Team Management & Development

  • Coordinate, motivate, and develop Store Managers 
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities 
  • Monitors performance against store targets
  • Foster a results-driven and customer-focused culture 

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high service standards across all stores 
  • Monitor customer feedback 

5. Planning & Budget

  • Contribute to the definition of the commercial budget 
  • Monitor operating costs and store productivity 
  • Support new store openings or refurbishments
