Position Title: Barista cum Waiter / Waitress for KL Outlet

Department: F&B / Café Operations

Reports To: Outlet Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing beverages, serving food and drinks, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role combines barista skills with floor service duties to provide a smooth and pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to SOP
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine and bar area
• Monitor stock for coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies

Service (Waiter/Waitress) Duties:

• Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely

General Duties:

• Work closely with kitchen and team members for smooth operations
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet
• Follow company SOP, service standards, and safety regulations
• Assist in cashiering if required (floating cashier)
• Support promotional activities and customer engagement (good PR)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Experience in café / F&B is an advantage (training can be provided)
• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with positive attitude

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Basic coffee knowledge / latte art
• Experience using POS system
• Good upselling and customer engagement skills
