• Handle WhatsApp enquiries and basic client communication
• Conduct venue walkthroughs/viewings for clients
• Support event setup, coordination, and operations
• Assist during event days to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare coffee and beverages for guests/customers
• Support front-of-house and café operations
• Ensure venue cleanliness, readiness, and presentation
• Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and event partners when needed
• Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks
