Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor key supply chain and inventory KPIs.
• Utilize Python, VBA, and Excel for data automation, predictive analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Support forecasting and inventory management using SAP MRP modules (MB51, MB52, MMBE).
• Conduct root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools (kaizen, value stream mapping, fishbone analysis, pareto charts, etc.).
• Perform statistical quality controls (SQC), statistical process controls (SPC), control charts, reliability tests, and design of experiments (DoE) to enhance quality assurance programs.
• Apply design thinking principles to conceptualize and prototype new tools or process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements in all supply chain and quality activities.
• Participate in risk management activities to mitigate operational and supply chain risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest and proven capability in systems optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Python, Excel VBA programming, Power BI, and data analytics techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP MRP modules and experience in logistics planning, inventory forecasting, and material management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of statistical quality control techniques and their application in real-world settings.
• Hands-on experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and innovative mindset (design thinking exposure a plus).
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to learn new tools and technologies independently.
