Key Responsibilities

• Lead project controlling and financial controlling to drive performance across APAC.
• Partner with project teams to monitor project performance, cost control, and risk management from Development to EPC, providing early warnings and insights.
• Ensure budget adherence, variance analysis, and cost efficiency across multiple large-scale projects.
• Oversee cash flow planning and treasury management to optimize liquidity for ongoing projects.
• Improve financial processes, controls, and governance frameworks across the region.
• Oversee two business controllers in the Philippines and Malaysia, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with regional strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in a senior financial/project controlling role, preferably in renewables, power, or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage large businesses with substantial cash flows and cost structures.
• Strong expertise in project controlling, cost management, and financial governance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) is a plus.
