We are currently supporting a client in the energy trading space on a new entity setup (carve-out environment). This involves building a separate IT and workplace infrastructure while existing systems continue to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for office migration and new entity setup across Singapore and Japan
• Manage physical office setup (workplace infrastructure, end-user environment, vendor coordination)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to ensure timely execution
• Oversee migration activities and ensure minimal disruption
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets; provide regular status reporting
• Ensure smooth cutover, transition, and post-migration stabilisation.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
• Prior experience in data centre migrations or large-scale environment moves is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving carve-out / transformation environment
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
• Familiarity with workplace services (EUC, device rollout, collaboration tools)
