Job Title: Release/Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Release/Deployment Engineer to manage deployments and release activities for Microsoft-based customer management platforms, including Customer Onboarding, Leads, and Lending systems. The role focuses on ensuring smooth application releases, maintaining system stability, and supporting CI/CD and automation processes. Candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or DevOps are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute deployments across development, testing, and production environments
• Manage release cycles and coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and handle rollback procedures
• Support release governance, change management, documentation, and version control
• Assist with environment configuration, SQL deployments, and post-release optimization

Required Skills

• 3–5 years in Release Management, Deployment, or DevOps roles
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, and Windows environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or DevOps/CI-CD practices
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and release management tools
• Strong troubleshooting, SQL scripting, and collaboration skills
