Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in accounting, office administration, and business operations while building practical skills for your future career.
What You’ll DoAssist in daily accounting operations including data entry, document filing, and maintaining proper financial records
Support petty cash management, claims processing, accounts payable payments, and accounts receivable reporting
Assist with administrative coordination such as document organization, office support, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
Help prepare reports, update spreadsheets and databases, and support ad-hoc assignments from the finance and admin team
Monitor office supplies and assist in meeting or event preparation, including meeting room and AV equipment setup
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking clients
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, illing to learn and collaborate well with the team
Internship duration of 5 months and above
Gain real hands-on exposure in finance and administration operations
Learn practical accounting, reporting, and office coordination skills
Build valuable working experience in a professional business environment
