Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.

  • Managing and supervising staff members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver quality services.

  • Monitoring and analysing operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with other stakeholders to ensure the organization has the resources needed to operate effectively.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

  • Leading projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and systems.

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Working Experiences

  • Minimum 8 years working experience.

  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of an organization, including budget management, staff supervision, process improvement, and project management.

  • Should have a strong understanding of operational processes and systems, and be able to effectively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency.

Academic requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration/ operations management

Skill & Knowledge

  • The ability to manage and supervise staff members, provide direction and guidance, and motivate team members to achieve targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff members, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.

  • The ability to lead projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and systems, and deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets.

  • The ability to monitor and analyse operational performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.

  • The ability to identify and resolve complex operational problems using critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that all operational processes and procedures are executed flawlessly.

  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage operational data and track performance metrics.

  • Must be computer literate and have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
