About the role

C&C WORLDWIDE SDN BHD is looking for a passionate and responsible Costing & Purchasing Executive to join our growing team in Johor Bahru.

As a premium gift & packaging company, we specialize in luxury hampers, custom packaging, and corporate gifting solutions. This role plays an important part in supporting costing, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare costing and price comparison for products and materials

2. Source and communicate with suppliers for quotations and purchasing matters

3. Assist in product costing, budgeting, and profit analysis

4. Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and supplier records

5. Work closely with operation, design, and management teams

6. Support sourcing and material research for new product development

7. Ensure smooth purchasing and costing processes for daily operations

What we're looking for

1. Experience in costing, purchasing, sourcing, or related fields is preferred

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

3. Good negotiation and communication skills

4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets

5. Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

7. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
