As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will be at the heart of the product development lifecycle. You won’t just be a "coder"—you will be a builder. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and deploying complex AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous execution.

4) Short Summary of the Role

This role is for an engineer who lives at the intersection of LLM orchestration and production-grade software engineering. You will be responsible for moving AI beyond "chat" into "action," creating agents that can navigate complex workflows with minimal supervision.

5) Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Equivalent practical experience in high-growth tech environments will also be highly valued.

6) Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in software engineering, with a significant portfolio of building and deploying AI agents (AutoGPT, BabyAGI, LangGraph, or custom orchestration frameworks) in production.

• Production Mindset: Experience taking a product from a local PoC to a scalable, live environment.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to facilitate collaboration with regional stakeholders, though not a mandatory requirement.

7) Key Skills Required

• Agentic Frameworks: Expert level in Python and frameworks like LangChain

• LLM Mastery: Deep understanding of GPT-4, Claude 3.5, and open-source models (Llama, Mistral), including fine-tuning and RAG optimization.

• Autonomous Workflows: Ability to design tool-use (function calling), memory management, and self-correction loops for agents.

• GenAI-Assisted Coding: Mastery of tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to maintain high velocity.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the "agentic" personality trait—proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving oriented.
