PMX Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Operation Engineer (Johor Bahru) in Johor - Ricebowl

You will responsible for supporting the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems within the data centre from pre-operation through post-handover and during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).

1. Support manual and automatic operation of CRAH and chiller systems during pre-operation and handover stages

2. Operate and monitor Data Centre Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems

3. Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and defect rectification during Defect Liability Period (DLP)

4. Provide standby and operational support after office hours when required

5. Coordinate with vendors and project teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution

6. Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reporting

7. Monitor system parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity) via BMS to ensure operational limits are maintained

8. Review system performance, alarm history, and operational trends for preventive actions

9. Ensure compliance with SOP, EOP, and safety requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field

2. Experience in Facility Management, Data Centre Operations, HVAC systems, BMS, or critical environment operations

3. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues

4. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (vendors, project, operations)

5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
