About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Clerk Purchaser to join our growing team at TIXON DECORATION SDN. BHD. in Jasin Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and purchasing services to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handling all administrative tasks such as filing, document management, data entry and office organisation

• Assisting with purchasing activities including sourcing suppliers, generating purchase orders, and following up on deliveries

• Request and compare quotations from multiple vendors

• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with suppliers

• Maintaining proper documentations like purchase order, invoices, delivery orders and monitoring stock levels

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or purchasing role (construction industry preferred)

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Good knowledge of construction materials and specifications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
