Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Performing data entry, invoicing, and other administrative tasks to support the overall business operations
Providing customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective workflow
Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance
Requirements
Candidate must possess Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA or MICPA
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using Autocount Accounting Software and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, priorities, and work to deadlines
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
