• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, booking, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
• Support domestic and international shipments via road, sea, and air freight.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
• Prepare and review logistics and shipping documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with policies, HSSE requirements, trade compliance regulations, and local customs laws.
• Update and maintain logistics data in ERP or logistics systems (e.g. SAP or similar platforms).
• Support logistics reporting, including shipment status updates, cost tracking, and performance metrics.
• Assist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders including procurement, operations, finance, and planning teams.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers to manage service delivery, performance issues, and operational queries.
• Support issue resolution through timely communication and effective follow‑up.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, documentation accuracy, or data efficiency.

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, freight forwarding, or transport management.
• Basic understanding of international trade, shipping terms (Incoterms), and logistics documentation.
• Experience working with JDE is an advantage.
