The Outdoor Service Technician role will be mainly focussed on delivering quality Indoor and Door-Step Service to our customers, ensuring satisfaction and delivering technical solutions. Be a Joven Ambassador in providing quality service and face to face interactions with customers.

Job Responsibility

• Respond to technical problems and attend to door-step service to customer.

• Ensure that all customer service are attended to within 3 days of customer call-in.

• Experience on installation and technical hands-on related to electrical appliances.

• Work in line with Service Coordinator to maintain quality standards in service.

• Ensuring all customer services are attended to promptly and satisfaction maintained.
   

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Professional Certificate in Electrical or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English.

• Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Electrical Appliances) or equivalent.

• Candidates must possess own vehicle (car) and willing to travel.

• Work experience related to outdoor servicing.
